Angel's Envy - Rye

Angel's Envy Rye is a 100 proof rye whiskey finished for up to 18 months in Caribbean rum casks, bottled at 50% ABV. The nose opens with maple sugar, gingerbread, brown sugar, and subtle rye spice. On the palate, rich molasses, dark rum sweetness, nutmeg, and baking spices blend seamlessly with earthy rye character. The finish is warm and medium-long with caramel, allspice, and lingering oak.
