Burrowing Owl Syrah is a distinguished Okanagan red wine from the Black Sage Bench estate. Intense and complex, it presents aromas of ripe damson plum, blackberry, blueberry, chocolate, and bacon with a savoury spice character. The full-bodied palate is richly textured with cracked pepper, cassis, and firm, ripe tannins built for cellaring.
