The nose is fragrant with plums, wild berries, blackcurrant, violet and a touch of cold smoke. The palate is full-bodied and expansive with round acidity, crystalline black fruit purity, savoury dried herbs and eucalyptus, finishing with toasted spice and campfire ember.
