Church & State Merlot is a full-bodied red wine from BC's Okanagan Valley with a deep black-ruby colour. The nose opens with an expressive bouquet of ripe black cherry, blackberry jam, cloves, cedar and leather. On the palate, the wine is rich with ripe dark fruit, soft tannins and savory notes that create a satisfying, layered drinking experience. Decanting recommended to fully appreciate its complexity.
