Corcelettes - Gewurztraminer

Gewurztraminer from Corcelettes Estate Winery in the organic Similkameen Valley, whole cluster pressed and cold fermented in stainless steel to preserve aromatics. The nose bursts with poached Anjou pear, dragon fruit and chai tea spice. The palate shows gooseberry, cantaloupe and ripe pear woven together with candied ginger spice on a refreshing, dry finish.
