Dillon's Small Batch Distillers Vermouth is a handcrafted Canadian vermouth from the Niagara Peninsula of Ontario. Made from local Niagara wine fortified with grape spirit and aromatized with an exceptional blend of botanicals — including wormwood, gentian, sarsaparilla, cinchona, fresh strawberry, bitter orange peel, and vanilla — this vermouth achieves a beautifully balanced bitter-sweet complexity. Rich and aromatic with notes of Christmas spice, orange peel, and a hint of vanilla on the lingering finish.
