Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose is a flavoured gin from Victoria Distillers on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. It builds on the brand's signature botanical recipe — including the butterfly pea blossom behind Empress's distinctive colour — and layers in elderflower and rose for a soft, floral character. Aromatic and delicate, it shows notes of citrus, juniper, and gentle spice over a smooth, rounded palate with a clean finish. A West Coast craft gin. 42.5% ABV, 750 mL.
