Gran Appasso Puglia Rosso is a full-bodied Italian red crafted using the Appassimento technique, where grapes are left to partially dehydrate before harvest, concentrating sugars, acidity, and polyphenols for exceptional richness. Deep ruby in colour with a lavish nose of dark plum, blueberry, blackberry, and cocoa, the palate is velvety, juicy, and long-finishing with Mediterranean herbs and chocolate.
