Haywire - Pinot Gris

BC Pinot Gris from Haywire at Okanagan Crush Pad in Summerland, made from organically-grown grapes fermented with indigenous yeasts in concrete tanks and amphorae. Aromas of ripe stone fruit, pear and tropical fruit with a hint of orange, the palate is dry with higher acidity and a crisp, clean finish.
