Joie - Unoaked Chardonnay

Un-oaked Chardonnay from JoieFarm Winery in the Okanagan Valley, fermented in stainless steel to preserve pure fruit character. The nose shows yellow apple, bright lemon and pineapple with a touch of chalk and pastry. The palate is textured and mouth-filling with pear and melon flavours, salty mineral notes and a refreshing, balanced finish.
