Macaloney's Island Distillery The Peat Project is a Victoria, BC single malt whisky double-distilled from fine malted barley and uniquely peat-smoked at the distillery using Pacific Northwest peat. Velvety and complex, it delivers waves of smoke, heather brushfire, and dark fruit, with notes of chocolate, demerara, and warm spice. A bold expression of island terroir reinterpreted through a West Coast lens.
