Mission Hill Reserve Sauvignon Blanc is a complex BC white wine from estate vineyards on the Black Sage Bench and Osoyoos. Bursting with tropical fruit aromas of banana, pineapple, and mango layered with grapefruit, lemon, and herbaceous notes, the palate is fresh and vibrant with crisp citrus and lemongrass and a generous, medium-bodied finish. Fermented in a combination of French oak, foudres, and concrete eggs for added texture and complexity.
