Phantom Creek Estates Pinot Gris is a refined white wine from BC's Okanagan Valley, crafted under the influence of legendary Alsace winemaker Olivier Humbrecht. Floral and fragrant, the nose reveals pear, lychee, citrus and a touch of croissant. The palate is bone dry with a subtle creamy texture from oak aging, and delivers mandarin, key lime and chamomile notes with excellent minerality and length.
