Tofino Distillery's Old Growth Cedar Gin is a certified organic, small batch gin crafted to guide the senses through Western Canada's ancient rainforest. Built on their West Coast Gin base, actual Western Red Cedar tips are added to the gin basket, creating a distinctly Pacific spirit. The nose is bright with conifer, pine, fir, and a hint of biscotti. The palate is complex with bold cedar, classic gin botanicals, and a long, unfolding finish.
