Unsworth Vineyards - Charme de L'Ile

A cool-climate sparkling wine from Unsworth Vineyards in the Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island, made by the Charmat method from Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir. The nose is generous with pear, yellow apple and pink grapefruit accented by orchard blossoms and spice. The palate is dry with elegant bubbles and a vibrant, zesty finish.
