Yellow Spot - Irish Whiskey

Yellow Spot 12 Year Old is a single pot still Irish whiskey aged in American bourbon, Spanish sherry, and rare Spanish Malaga casks, bottled at 46% ABV. The nose is abundant with cinnamon rolls, honey, ripe fruit, and mixed spice. The palate delivers ripe peaches, red apples, baked custard, vanilla, and anise with sherry influence, finishing long and sweet with marzipan, dried apricots, and warm spice.
