Alipus - San Baltazar

Alipus San Baltazar is a high-elevation espadín mezcal fermented in aged pine vats in Oaxaca. The nose reveals ash, citrus, white flowers, and a touch of salinity, while the palate brings roasted agave, caramel, sweet cream, and hazelnut with a smooth, lightly smoky finish.
