Ampersand Distilling Co. Nocino is an award-winning Italian-style green walnut liqueur crafted on an organic farm in the Cowichan Valley, BC. Hand-picked walnuts are infused with cinnamon, lemon peel, allspice, and sweetened with local Cowichan Valley honey. The nose delivers walnut, orange peel, coffee, and burnt sugar. The palate is deeply roasted and complex with candied fruit, cloves, and a pleasing bitterness. Named Spirit of the Year at the Canadian Artisan Spirit Competition. 375ml, 17% ABV.
