Ampersand - Gin

Ampersand Gin is an award-winning craft gin from Ampersand Distilling Company in the Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island, made with BC-grown wheat and seven botanicals including juniper, coriander, angelica, lemon, and orris root, bottled at 40% ABV. The nose is classically floral and citrus-forward with a soft character. The palate delivers bright citrus, juniper, and subtle spice, finishing clean and aromatic.
