Boulder Spirits' Peated Malt is an American single malt whiskey from Boulder, Colorado, crafted from 100% malted barley and Eldorado Springs water. Distilled slowly and aged for a minimum of three years in virgin #3 charred American oak barrels at 46% ABV, it presents springtime mountain rain, spruce tip, creme brulee, and earthy richness on the nose, with flavors of toffee, smoky vanilla, sweet oak, and gentle peat smoke on the palate.
