Cassini - Quattro White Blend

A white blend from Cassini Cellars in the South Okanagan, crafted from Marsanne, Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon Blanc from vineyards in Oliver and Osoyoos. The nose offers crushed almond and white peach with subtle minerality. The palate shows tropical fruit, apple, pear and lemon zest with a creamy, spicy, long elegant finish.
