Del Maguey - Las Milpas Mezcal

Del Maguey Las Milpas is a single village mezcal from the remote village of Las Milpas, Oaxaca, produced by Anastacio Cruz Antonio using agave Espadin roasted in an earthen horno, then fermented in open-air wooden vats and twice distilled in copper stills, bottled at 46% ABV. The nose is bright with citrus, white pepper, and freshly baked bread. The palate offers grainy citrus, gentle baking spice, and a sesame-sweet finish with only a whisper of smoke.
