Empress 1908 Indigo Gin is a Victoria, BC craft gin named after the iconic Empress Hotel, distilled with a signature blend of botanicals including butterfly pea blossom that imparts a stunning indigo hue, bottled at 42.5% ABV. The nose is floral with tea, rose petal, citrus, and juniper. The palate delivers sharp grapefruit zest, juniper, and warm spice, finishing elegantly—the colour shifts from indigo to pink when mixed with citrus or tonic.
