González Byass Nutty Solera is a medium-sweet Oloroso Sherry from Jerez, Spain. Deep amber with an exquisite nose of dried fruits, roasted nuts, toffee, honey, and mocha. The palate delivers walnut oil, espresso, raisins, and orange zest with a long, lingering finish. Superb with cured ham and aged cheeses.
