A very alluring expression of Cabernet Franc!  Slightly peppered, with hints of sour cherry, herbs and smoke.

Serving temp: Cellar temp, around 65 degrees, store in a dark and cool spot. 
Pairing: Al pastor tacos; lamb skewers; falafel!
