Highland Park 12 Year Old Viking Honour is a celebrated Island single malt crafted on the windswept Orkney Islands using heather-infused Orkney peat for a uniquely aromatic smoke. Matured in first-fill sherry-seasoned European and American oak casks, the nose delivers heather honey, dried fruit, jasmine, and toasty orange. The palate balances rich fruit, citrus zest, and peat smoke with honeyed sweetness. The finish is long with warm spice, wood, and gentle smoke. 40% ABV.
