100% Aligote and only a few producers make this varietal in California!  The grapes were picked young, yielding a wine with higher, brighter acidity, and crisp, steely minerality.

Pairing: Wow this wine is so elegant, it would be really good with any sort of spring soup; or braised lamb shepherd's pie.
