Little Farm Winery Siliceuse Chardonnay is an exceptional natural wine from the Similkameen Valley, crafted from organically farmed grapes on the mineral-rich siliceous soils of the Mulberry Tree Vineyard. Wild-fermented and unoaked, this wine is racy and precise with a powerful nose of fresh lemon, green apple, nectarine, and flint. The palate is salty, zingy, and intensely mineral with a long, stony finish — a remarkable and site-specific Chardonnay from one of BC's most exciting small producers.
