Crafted at Sheringham Distillery in Sooke, BC, this bright and balanced gin blends traditional juniper and citrus with coastal botanicals including nettle and oakmoss. The nose is lively with juniper and citrus, followed by earthy, mossy depth. The palate is elegant and well-rounded — exceptional in a martini or classic gin cocktail. 43% ABV.
