From the beautiful snowy white color to the high Omega 3 fats, this hot-smoked sablefish is prized for the succulent flavor and the melt in your mouth texture. It is smoked with an alder wood-giving it the perfect hint of smoky flavor. We source ours from a small, family-owned smokehouse in Juneau, Alaska.
