Tiger Snake Traditional Bourbon Mash Bill is a whiskey with character — crafted using a bourbon-style method with a specific “grain-in” process—fermenting and distilling with the grain still present—to create deeper character, a fuller body, and a richer, oilier flavour, making it ideal for mixing. 

Distilled and matured for five years in small oak casks at our Porongurup Distillery, this whiskey draws on nature’s finest: pure mountain rainwater, temperate climate, clean air, and 100% premium Western Australian grains — corn, rye, wheat, and malted barley.

Smooth at first sip, it finishes with a distinctive bite worthy of its namesake. Unlike our grain-out Tiger Snake whiskeys made for sipping, this whiskey is crafted for a proper whiskey & cola.
